Agreement
These terms govern your use of Pengy. They are effective July 14, 2026. By installing, administering, or using Pengy, you agree to these terms.
Using Pengy
You must be permitted to use Discord and authorized to install or configure Pengy for the relevant server. You are responsible for the settings, roles, channels, workflows, integrations, and content you choose to create or publish through Pengy.
Beta service
Beta access is limited and revocable. Features may change, be unavailable, or require configuration updates. Participants should report serious failures promptly and avoid relying on Pengy as the sole record for emergencies, legal compliance, payments, or irreversible moderation decisions.
Acceptable use
You must follow Discord rules, applicable law, and the Pengy Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use Pengy to harm others, evade platform safeguards, obtain unauthorized access, distribute illegal content, or overload the service.
Subscriptions
Any paid plan, renewal, trial, cancellation, and refund information shown at checkout forms part of these terms. Promotional access may be provided without charge through a temporary grant. A downgrade may disable new premium actions while preserving configuration for a limited period described in the product.
Service changes and suspension
Pengy may limit or suspend access to protect users, Discord, the service, or third parties; respond to abuse or security risks; enforce capacity; or comply with legal obligations. When practical, Pengy will provide notice and a way to export or delete eligible data.
Availability and responsibility
Pengy is provided on an as available basis. Reasonable care is taken to keep it secure and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Server administrators should review permissions, maintain their own important records, test risky changes, and use Discord controls when Pengy is unavailable.
Ending use
You may remove Pengy and request offboarding at any time. Pengy may end access for violations, risk, prolonged inactivity, capacity limits, or discontinuation of the service. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy.
