Do not harm people

Do not use Pengy for harassment, threats, stalking, exploitation, discrimination, doxxing, nonconsensual content, or coordinated abuse. Do not collect information that members would not reasonably expect a community bot to process.

Do not break the law or Discord rules

Do not use Pengy to distribute illegal content, facilitate fraud, evade sanctions, infringe intellectual property, promote dangerous regulated activity, or violate Discord policies and Community Guidelines.

Do not compromise systems

Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or bypass Pengy access controls. Never submit credentials, bot tokens, payment data, malware, or another person's private information through forms, feedback, tickets, or integrations.

Use moderation responsibly

Administrators must review automation, role, punishment, backup restore, and bulk-change settings before enabling them. Do not use Pengy to conceal moderation actions, impersonate another person, or make misleading claims about official Discord enforcement.

Enforcement

Pengy may restrict a feature, suspend a server, preserve relevant security evidence, or end access when a violation or credible risk is identified. Reports can be submitted through a private ticket in the Pengy support server.
