About this policy

This policy applies to the Discord service published under the name Pengy. It is effective July 14, 2026.

Information Pengy handles

Pengy receives Discord account, server, channel, role, interaction, and permission identifiers needed to install the service, authenticate administrators, deliver configured features, and protect access. Pengy also stores server configuration and operational records such as command results, configuration changes, delivery attempts, errors, and billing state.

Features that administrators deliberately enable may store submitted content. This includes ticket messages and transcripts, application answers, moderation evidence, event responses, onboarding answers, feedback, scheduled messages, and integration payloads. Growth reporting uses counts and identifiers and does not store ordinary message content.

How information is used

Information is used to operate requested features, secure accounts and servers, enforce plan limits, prevent duplicate actions, diagnose failures, provide support, process subscriptions, honor privacy requests, and improve Pengy. Pengy does not sell personal information or use Discord data for advertising.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only with infrastructure, database, monitoring, payment, and integration providers needed to run a feature, when a user directs an integration, or when disclosure is legally required. The current categories and purposes are listed in the Trust Center. Server administrators decide which optional integrations they connect.

Retention

Operational and activity records follow the server plan retention period. Current limits are 7 days for Free, 30 days for Pro, and 60 days for Branded. Shorter feature-specific expiration may apply. Active configuration, subscriptions, security evidence, and legally required billing records may be retained while needed for the service or compliance. Encrypted backups expire according to plan limits.

Your choices

Signed-in users can request an export or deletion from Privacy Controls. Server administrators can remove Pengy, export available server configuration, and request offboarding deletion. Some security, moderation, billing, or audit evidence may be pseudonymized instead of erased when retaining the record is necessary and permitted.

Security

Pengy uses access checks, encrypted transport, protected credentials, least privilege installation permissions, bounded retention, audit history, and encrypted configuration snapshots. No service can promise absolute security. Report a suspected vulnerability privately before sharing details publicly.

Contact

Open the Pengy support server and create a private ticket for questions, privacy requests, or security reports. Include the relevant Discord user or server ID when possible, but never send a bot token, password, payment detail, or webhook secret.
